We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial management, and investor relations for a growing hedge fund. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and clear, compliant investor communication, while supporting capital raising and strategic growth initiatives.

II. Key Responsibilities
Operations
Oversee trade operations, middle/back office functions, and service provider coordination (administrators, custodians, auditors)
Manage fund data infrastructure: reconciliations, reporting pipelines, and compliance checks
Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead onboarding of new accounts, funds, or investment vehicles
Finance & Accounting
Supervise fund accounting activities in coordination with third-party administrators
Manage capital calls, redemptions, NAV calculations, and performance reporting
Oversee audit processes, financial statement preparation, and tax filings
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis at both fund and management company levels
Investor Relations
Maintain CRM systems and manage investor communication cycles (statements, letters, capital activity)
Coordinate investor onboarding (KYC/AML), document management, and compliance disclosures
Develop and refine pitch materials, data room content, and investor presentations
Act as the point of contact for LP inquiries, due diligence, and ongoing relationship management
III. Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
510 years of relevant experience in hedge funds, private funds, or asset management.
Deep understanding of fund structures (LPs, offshore vehicles, managed accounts).
Familiar with tools like Advent, Eze, Bloomberg, or fund admin platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with investor-facing experience.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
