About the mission we offer you:
Location: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 6 months 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time Site-based
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with local sourcing of materials, consumables, and services.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and support PO creation.
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery timelines and documentation.
- Maintain procurement logs and update PO status reports.
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and site teams on urgent requirements.
- Support vendor communication and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company and client procurement policies.
- UAE National (Emiratisation role).
- Diploma/bachelors in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- 6 months to 1 year of procurement or logistics exposure.
- Familiarity with local UAE suppliers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation basics.
- Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
- Good MS Office skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
