Job Title: Oracle Procurement Techno-Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant Procurement to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional procurement expertise and technical Oracle capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and system configurations.
Functional Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement processes (PR, PO, RFQ, sourcing, contracts).
Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules (Oracle EBS).
Design and optimize procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and sourcing strategies.
Support end-to-end procurement lifecycle including vendor onboarding, tendering, and contract management.
Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation.
Technical Responsibilities:
Customize Oracle Procurement modules based on business needs.
Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems.
Work on Oracle workflows, APIs, reports, and extensions.
Support data migration, validation, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical solutions.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong experience in Oracle Procurement ( EBS).
Hands-on experience in PR, PO, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts.
Knowledge of Oracle workflows, approval configurations, and security roles.
Experience with SQL / PL-SQL, BI Reports, OTBI, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Familiarity with ERP implementations and support environments.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices and governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (Procurement module).
Oracle certifications (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
Experience in government or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to on-premise Oracle EBS
