Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join under a structured evaluation program focused on real operational performance.
The role is designed to assess the candidate's ability to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes in a practical, results-driven environment.
This is not a confirmed employment position.
Engagement Structure- 3-month evaluation under TVTP (Talent Verification & Training Program)
- Real procurement tasks will be assigned
- Continuous performance assessment
- No guaranteed employment
Important:
All tasks performed during the evaluation period are part of a supervised training program and do not constitute employment, nor do they replace duties of existing employees.
Employment Status & Legal Position- This is not employment at this stage

- 50% of full salary during evaluation
- Paid monthly

- Identify and evaluate suppliers
- Request and compare quotations
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Create and manage Purchase Orders
- Track deliveries and supplier performance
- Coordinate with finance and operations
- Maintain procurement documentation
- Prepare sourcing and cost analysis reports
Responsibilities will increase progressively based on performance.

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 12 years of procurement experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excel and ERP experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Office-based role
- Supplier interaction required
- Fast-paced, performance-driven environment
