Role Description

Client Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of 10-15 clients primarily in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the full client engagement process, including drafting proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Client Account Manager will handle both acquisition and retention, collaborating with delivery teams to deliver value, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities in a competitive offshore IT market.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, product management, or client-facing roles within technology or consulting industry, with a proven track record in drafting proposals, closing deals, and managing offshore models.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales cycles, client retention, and upselling, ideally with UAE/Saudi Arabia clients in enterprise Staff Augmentation or startup Tech Team Builds.
  • Technical knowledge of IT concepts, such as iOS development, SaaS platforms (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS), and agile methodologies, to effectively scope proposals and communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience handling escalations, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
