In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will expand our client base within the architecture and design (A&D) firms and cruise line head offices in Miami and Orlando, strengthening their market presence and driving success.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between the company and A&D practices focused on cruise/marine interiors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key cruise line head offices located in Miami and Orlando.
- Develop a territory plan to maximize exposure and sales opportunities within the region.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions with clients and specifiers.
- Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and competitive insights.
About Repserve
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time and $1,800/monthly + commission.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.
Qualifications- Located in Florida, with easy access to both Miami and Orlando (ideally based centrally or flexible with travel).
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within commercial interiors, marine, or cruise sectors.
- Existing relationships within the A&D community and/or cruise line operators is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of contract textiles, performance fabrics, or commercial specification sales is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
