Real Estate Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to handle all marketing activities for our residential real estate projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support the full marketing cycle from project pre-launch to post-handover.

• Develop and execute marketing plans for residential project launches, including branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create marketing materials such as project brochures, fact sheets, floor plans, project briefs, renderings, 3D walkthroughs, EDMs, and other collateral.
• Manage digital campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and major property portals.
• Prepare and update project content, including website landing pages and property listings.
• Coordinate hoarding designs, signage, project identity, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation, pricing updates, and inventory releases.
• Handle media coordination, PR, and marketing-related communication with consultants and agencies.
• Plan project events such as sales launches, open houses, brokers meet-ups, and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track project performance reports.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with RERA advertising guidelines and internal approval processes.
• Manage the marketing budget, vendor quotations, timelines, and deliverables independently.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a developer in Dubai.
• Solid understanding of residential project cycles, including concept, pre-launch, launch, construction updates, and handover stages.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and lead management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage tasks independently without team support.
• Familiar with UAE real estate market trends, buyer demographics, and competitive landscape.
