Business Development Manager Staffing & Recruitment
Location: Dubai (On-site)Industry: HR, Staffing, Talent Acquisition
Salary: AED 4,000 per month (during 3-month probation, with salary increase after successful probation)
Incentives: Performance-based commissions and bonuses
We are hiring for an emerging staffing and recruitment agency based in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to help build a strong client base and establish long-term relationships in the UAE market.The selected candidate will play a vital role in the companys early growth and will have significant opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and cold calling
- Approach companies across industries and pitch our staffing and recruitment solutions
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with HR managers, department heads, and business owners to understand their hiring needs
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate terms and close staffing contracts
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client mandates
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and report performance regularly
- Attend industry networking events and exhibitions to represent the company
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to commissions and bonuses
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within a staffing/recruitment agency or HR solutions firm
- Proven track record of client acquisition and closing recruitment contracts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, independent, and able to handle pressure
- Understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment industry is a strong advantage
- AED 4,000/month during 3-month probation
- Salary increase after probation based on performance
