Job Description

The Logistics Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for managing and executing the supplier quality program for the logistics category. This includes supplier audits, capability assessments, non-conformity resolution, and driving continuous improvements to ensure on-time supply and alignment with industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier quality assurance and development for logistics providers (carriers, freight forwarders, distribution centers)
  • Conduct supplier audits, manage qualifications, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans
  • Manage logistics non-conformities and oversee LCAF ticket response and resolution
  • Analyze high-severity incidents and drive corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and Category teams on business reviews and performance tracking
  • Influence cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supplier quality or quality management
  • Working knowledge of logistics operations and supplier management
  • ISO 9001 auditor skills (lead auditor preferred)
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 6S)

Salary: AED 15,000/month
