Job Description

Your expertise will help identify potential design flaws and implement quality control measures to enhance project outcomes.

• Conduct quality reviews of design documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to establish quality benchmarks and monitoring processes
• Perform regular audits and inspections during the design execution phase to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and procedures for design execution
• Document and report design quality issues, providing solutions and recommendations for corrective actions
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for design teams on quality assurance practices and standards
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports and compliance checklists
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in design quality assurance methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the design execution process (3-5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in design software and quality management tools
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations is an advantage
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
