Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle visitor logs and maintain security procedures for guest access.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
