Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the DOCTOR ON TIME service, ensuring optimal service delivery
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement operational guidelines to improve service efficiency
• Monitor service performance and client feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct regular training for staff on operational standards and procedures
• Manage scheduling and logistics for patient appointments and healthcare delivery
• Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements as necessary
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall company objectives

• Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role in the healthcare industry
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in home healthcare services
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse tasks
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use data analysis for process improvements
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant healthcare software applications
• Must be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
