Role Description:
We seek a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Configure and maintain Facebook Pixel and Conversions API for tracking Book Now/Enquiry events.
- Monitor CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS; adjust bids, budgets, and audiences accordingly.
- Build and refine custom audiences (site visitors, past bookers) and lookalikes.
- Collaborate on A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Use Google Analytics (Goals, UTM parameters) to attribute conversions and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated on platform changes (e.g., Reels ads, Spark Ads) and UAE/GCC travel seasonality.
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns, preferably for travel or e-commerce in UAE/GCC.
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, bid strategies, pixel/event configuration).
- Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking (Pixel, Conversions API) and troubleshooting tags.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing-page troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certification preferred.
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of UAE/GCC travel consumer behavior
