Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that support brand equity, drive traffic to stores, and enhance visibility across all communication channels. You will oversee integrated marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, media planning, public relations, digital content, product launches, in-store activations, and VIP client events.

The role requires close collaboration with global headquarters, retail operations, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and luxurious brand experience across all touchpoints. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with a deep understanding of the luxury watches, jewellery, or fashion sectors, and the ability to lead multi-channel campaigns in culturally nuanced markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and communications strategies tailored to the region, aligned with global brand direction and local business goals.
  • Oversee seasonal campaign planning, product storytelling, and in-market launch strategies across categories
  • Monitor and assess the performance of campaigns and initiatives using relevant KPIs, and adjust plans accordingly.
Media, PR & Communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, editors, and influencers in the luxury and lifestyle space.
  • Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media kits, interviews, and product placements.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies and internal comms teams to secure high-impact media coverage and brand visibility.
  • Act as a key spokesperson or coordinator for press interactions, events, and product announcements when required.
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Oversee local digital content strategies, including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and online brand storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency in digital tone, imagery, and messaging across all regional platforms.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and CRM teams to align messaging across the client journey.
Retail & Client Activation
  • Support boutique-level marketing activities including store openings, product animations, clienteling events, and seasonal visual merchandising.
  • Drive footfall and retail performance through targeted client outreach, partnerships, and local activations.
  • Ensure the brands presence at key cultural and luxury events aligns with its global standards and values.
Budget & Team Management
  • Oversee the regional marketing and communications budget, ensuring effective allocation and return on investment.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet brand expectations and deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, retail, VM, HR, and global brand teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications leadership role within the luxury sector.
  • Previous experience working with Luxury Fashion,watches, and fine jewellery is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and luxury retail activations across the Middle East.
  • Strong media and influencer network in the GCC region.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, or related field.
