The business has grown tremendously over recent years, having launched our Dubai, UAE trading floor in August 2024. The business has hit the ground running, and due to the extensive demand to join our programs and moving to a larger office in JLT.

We are looking for sales professionals who understand the industry and can hit the ground running. Along with sales being a key aspect of the role, the successful candidate will be working directly with one of the directors, building the business up and moving across the GCC.

FMO receives a very high volume of daily inbound HOT inquiries. This role as a sales consultant involves handling inbound inquiries and introducing the client to the most relevant trader training program. You will work in line with the traders to ensure the client is progressing throughout their programme.

We have a fantastic, driven team with a wealth of experience in the market and sales. All employees are given a fantastic commission plan and monthly bonus payments.

Requirements:

2 years minimum broker or sales experience

Full time in house Monday - Friday. There is no hybrid option.

A great telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone
