Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
