We&aposre seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong focus on social media content to lead and manage our real estate brand&aposs presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, know how to drive engagement through compelling content, and can manage content calendars and platform growth, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Create captivating video content tailored for social media platforms.
• Plan, direct, and shoot video content, ensuring high production quality (lighting, sound, etc.).
• Edit videos for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Promote content through our social media channels and assist in channel management.
• Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to drive engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop integrated campaigns.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in video production and editing (real estate-based content).
• Strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and detail.
• Experience creating multimedia content (graphics, motion, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Up-to-date on content and social media trends.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English is a must.
