Now in full growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant.
Your role:At the heart of the company’s daily operations, the Executive Assistant will play a central role in coordination, anticipation, and support—bridging both the professional and personal spheres.
This person will ensure smooth organization, reliable administrative follow-up, and clear communication of strategic information.
Your missions:
- Daily coordination and organization
- Full and proactive management of the CEO’s professional and personal agenda (appointments, travel, events, family organization).
- Structured preparation of days and weeks: checklists, priorities, reminders.
- Logistical organization of travel (bookings, itineraries, on-site coordination).
- Executive and operational support
- Preparation, proofreading, and validation of documents and content before transmission.
- Coordination of internal and external events (conferences, photoshoots, retreats), including on-site presence when needed.
- Follow-up on ad hoc requests (documents to be signed, approvals, introductions, etc.).
- Administrative & personal management
- Confidential handling of private documents and personal tasks.
- Organization of personal day-to-day matters: logistics, services, bookings, lifestyle.
- Follow-up and coordination of service providers (personal services, vendors, partners).
Requirements:
Skills – Know-How:- Advanced proficiency in collaborative tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion.
- Strong ability to plan, structure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills, with a talent for synthesis and clear presentation.
- Proven experience supporting executives or high-responsibility profiles.
- Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken).
- High standards, autonomy, reliability: you're an “A-player” at heart.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, service-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Open to feedback, with the ability to grow and evolve quickly.
- Understanding of the intense and fluid lifestyle of a highly committed CEO.
Conditions:
- Full-time position, based in Dubai (mandatory), employee status.
- Occasional travel may be required (events, retreats).
- Regular physical presence alongside the CEO (office, coworking spaces, travel).
- Hybrid position combining executive and personal dimensions, requiring high availability (including some evenings, weekends, or occasional urgent matters).
- Clear boundaries and a defined framework of trust: personal responsibilities are clearly outlined in advance.
- To ensure a smooth, efficient, and lasting collaboration, a structured evaluation system is in place:
-- Key indicators assessed: CEO satisfaction, adherence to deadlines, handling of unexpected issues, perceived fluidity, any errors and their impact, quality of reporting.
