Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that promote our real estate projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility, engage with potential buyers, and generate leads through various online channels.

Key accountabilities
  • Strategy Development:Craft and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our real estate goals.
  • Content Creation:Lead the development of engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns that highlights our projects and resonates with our audience.
  • SEO & SEM:Optimize our digital content for search engines and manage paid campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management:Create and oversee social media campaigns that showcase our properties and foster community engagement.
  • Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies to attract and nurture potential buyers.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts support our business objectives.
  • Market Research:Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences to refine our marketing strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and marketing software (Sales Force, Mailchimp, etc.).
