Role Overview
We are seeking aMarketing & Communication Managerto lead and execute integrated marketing strategies for our portfolio of luxury real estate projects. This role requires 360 expertise in marketing including:luxury branding, international campaigns and corporate communications.The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the brand and projects asworld-class, exclusive destinations while ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement360 marketing plansfor luxury residential projects, including digital, PR, and events.
- Managecorporate communications, press releases, media relations, and PR partnerships with regional and international outlets
- Lead and mentor ateam of marketing executives, designers, and agencies.
- Coordinate withsales, design, and development teamsto ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Manage relationships withexternal creative and PR agencies.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to company brand guidelines across all channels.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, campaigns, and creative initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights with relevant KPIs to track success and inform future strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication in the real estate sector in the UAE.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
