• Demonstrated knowledge of project cost and budget controls.
• Demonstrate organizational, people management and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills

• Diploma/ BS in Architecture or Graduate of Architectural Drafting or equivalent
• LEED AP
• 5 years of relevant experience in the role of Design Coordinator or similar
• Experience working with a team and consultants
• Computer Skills: Autocad Multi Version, Microsoft Office Multi Version
• Acrobat Reader, Adobe Photo Shop, 3D Max Studio
