Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven UAE brokerage experience to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in both off-plan and secondary markets, a strong leadership background, and a target-only, performance-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive off-plan and secondary market transactions from lead to closure
- Coach, train, and performance-manage sales agents
- Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and team productivity
- Coordinate with marketing, developers, and leadership on launches and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, and company policies
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience in a brokerage only
- Strong experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions
- Proven track record managing a sales team with targets
- UAE market experience only (home-country experience will not be considered)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immediately
- Strong negotiation, closing, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Arabic or any additional language is a plus
