Job Summary
Responsible for completing marketing plan for property. Manages all e-commerce opportunities. Develops a good working relationship with tourism bureaus and community leaders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education And Experience- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star luxury hotel setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of marketing tasks, including campaign development, execution, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in brand activation, with successful initiatives that enhance brand awareness and guest engagement.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) marketing and room promotions, aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Solid expertise in digital marketing, particularly Facebook marketing and social media content strategy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies, explicitly outlining objectives, target audiences, and key initiatives to support overall hotel revenue goals (rooms, F&B and MICE)
- Conduct ongoing research into local and regional market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality landscape shifts to identify opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.
- Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget across all channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and demonstrating fiscal responsibility in expenditure reports.
- Align marketing initiatives directly with revenue management strategies to maximize direct bookings, average daily rate (ADR), and overall RevPAR.
- Uphold and enhance the unique Le Mridien brand identity and positioning across all communications and guest touchpoints, ensuring adherence to Marriott International brand standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media, journalists, and key opinion leaders to secure positive earned media coverage.
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns, draft compelling press releases for hotel news, F&B promotions, and events, and manage media inquiries.
- Craft consistent and compelling key messages for the hotel, its outlets, and unique selling propositions, ensuring they are integrated across all marketing and PR materials.
- Strategically manage the hotel&aposs official website for optimal user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance. Oversee paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns to drive qualified traffic, in coordination with the Digital Field Marketing (DFM) Team.
- Regularly audit and optimize the hotel&aposs presence on online travel agencies (OTAs), third-party booking sites, and relevant digital directories, in coordination with the Digital Field Marketing (DFM) Team.
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive direct bookings.
- Manage social media content calendars, supervise content creation (visuals, videos, copy), and analyze performance metrics for optimization.
- Plan and manage targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographic and interest groups.
- Design, segment, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns to loyalty members, past guests, and prospective clients, focusing on nurturing leads and driving direct conversions.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for specific hotel offerings
- Manage the creation and production of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, menus, digital advertisements, video content, and in-room materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop a compelling content strategy that showcases the hotel&aposs unique experiences, amenities, culinary excellence, and promotes Abu Dhabi as a destination.
- Establish, track, and rigorously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign ROI, social media engagement, and media mentions value).
- Compile and prepare detailed, insightful marketing performance reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings with hotel leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments, budget re-allocation, and future marketing initiatives based on performance analysis.
- Present forecasts for marketing-driven revenue and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on overall business objectives in formal reports.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B and Rooms departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with operational capabilities and sales targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and specific brands to expand market reach and create unique guest experiences.
