Job Description
Hays is currently partnering with a leading financial institution based in DIFC to identify and recruit high-caliber Relationship Managers with a strong background in private banking and a proven ability to manage and grow portfolios of High-Net-Worth (HNWI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI clients, delivering tailored financial solutions
- Leverage existing client relationships to drive portfolio growth and revenue
- Provide expert advice across investment, wealth management, and banking services
- Ensure exceptional client service and long-term relationship retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic financial strategies
- Minimum 57 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Demonstrated success in managing HNWI/UHNWI relationships with a strong existing book
- Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client servicing skills
- UAE market experience is essential
