About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer or Sales Representative with a strong background in commercial refrigeration to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the UAE refrigeration market and a proven track record in technical sales.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial refrigeration and cold room storage sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the commercial refrigeration industry within the UAE.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and solutions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Preferred MALE applicant.
