We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead with a blend of creative, managerial, and client-facing skills. This role would oversee social media design for Luna PR and its clients, while also contributing to Studio36.io across branding, UI/UX, and logo design.You will be working with a fantastic team and have the opportunity to learn, grow your skillset, yet contribute to the ideas and strategies we present.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Digital Design: Create high-quality graphics for Luna PR and its
- Branding & Identity Design: Work on logos, brand kits, and corporate identity projects.
- UI/UXDesign: Contribute to website and app designs, ensuring an intuitive and aesthetic user experience.
- Ai & Automation Tools: Utilize AI tools for content creation, design enhancement, and workflow automation.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Client-Facing Role: Communicate with clients to understand design needs, pitch creative ideas, and provide solutions.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work under the Creative Director and Managing Director to align with the company's creative vision.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Multi-skilled Designer Strong in social media design, branding, UI/UX, and logo
- AI Savvy Familiar with AI tools for design and workflow efficiency.
- Leadership & Team Management Experience managing a small design team.
- Client-Facing & Strategic Thinking Ability to interact with clients, present work, and strategize branding approaches.
- Hands-On & Detail-Oriented Willing to get into the nitty-gritty of design while managing high-level tasks.
- This role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership, making it ideal for a mid-to-senior-level designer who wants to shape brand identities and digital experiences while leading a team.
