B2B Sales Executive – IoT, Fleet Management & Video Telematics
Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time | B2B Sales
Boxtech is expanding its team and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in the IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, and video telematics sectors.
The ideal candidate should understand technology-based solutions and be confident approaching businesses, conducting meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
→ Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the UAE market
→ Approach GPS tracking companies, IoT solution providers, system integrators, technology resellers, fleet operators, logistics companies, and industrial clients
→ Promote IoT devices, GPS trackers, sensors, fleet management platforms, dash cameras, mobile DVRs, ADAS, DMS, and video telematics solutions
→ Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
→ Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend the right solution
→ Present live vehicle tracking, video monitoring, driver behaviour, fleet safety, and connected vehicle solutions
→ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners
→ Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow-ups
→ Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
→ Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Candidate Requirements
→ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales
→ Experience in IoT, GPS tracking, telematics, video telematics, fleet management, hardware, or software solutions is preferred
→ Knowledge of dash cameras, MDVRs, ADAS, DMS, live video streaming, or fleet safety solutions will be an advantage
→ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
→ Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, technical product presentations, and commercial discussions
→ Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable technology solutions
→ Existing network within transport, logistics, fleet, system integration, or industrial sectors will be an advantage
→ Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
→ Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
