Job Purpose:

The role plays a critical part in reducing logistics costs, enhancing logistics efficiency, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution across first, mid- and last-mile logistics operations.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth shipment flow and delivery scheduling.
• Track delivery performance and escalate SLA breaches or bottlenecks.

• Manage all (first-mid-last) logistics partners and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Track partner KPIs such as OTD, damage rate, and customer complaints; recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Support onboarding and performance reviews of logistics service providers.

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation including bills of lading, delivery notes, shipment records, and PODs.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards for domestic and international shipping.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to stay updated on regional import/export regulations.

• Monitor inventory transfers across Flowards warehouses and locations.
• Ensure real-time ERP updates for all delivery and shipment movements.
• Reconcile logistics data with warehouse inventory records when needed

• Resolve delivery exceptions such as failed deliveries, reroutes, or damaged goods by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Analyze recurring logistics issues (e.g., address mismatch, delayed customs clearance) and propose process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance fulfillment speed and delivery accuracy.

• Generate periodic reports on logistics KPIs such as delivery success rate, cost per shipment, and SLA adherence.
• Provide actionable insights to reduce costs, enhance delivery timelines, and improve partner performance.
• Use reporting data to support strategic logistics decisions and budget planning.

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 24 years in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations.
• ERP/logistics system experience (e.g., MicroSoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with real-time shipment tracking tools.
• High attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute under pressure in fast-paced environmen
