Technical Account Manager

At SimUphish, we are revolutionizing how organizations combat human cyber risk. Our platform blends AI-powered phishing simulations, risk-based learning paths, and real-time human risk intelligence to empower enterprises across the globe. As we grow, were looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can wear two hatsproviding technical excellence to our customers while also supporting our pre-sales efforts with solution design, demos, and POCs.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with enterprise clients, understands technical architecture, and can also influence the buying journey.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key accountsensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and platform adoption
- Run product demos, proof-of-concepts, and tailored solution walkthroughs for potential clients in coordination with our sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to manage client requirements, prioritize issues, and drive resolutions
- Maintain a deep understanding of the SimUphish platform and help clients get the most value from its features and capabilities
- Support RFP responses and technical documentation during the pre-sales stage
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure seamless post-sales handover
- Be proactive in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client usage and feedback
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in a TAM, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solution Consultant role (SaaS or cybersecurity domain preferred)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills, especially with mid to large enterprises
- Technical proficiency in areas like email security, phishing simulation, SaaS platforms, or SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth)
- Experience working with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and project documentation
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, structured approach to solving problems and managing client success
- Familiarity with security awareness training, incident response, or compliance-driven environments
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise IT operations
- Experience delivering product walkthroughs, especially in demo or sandbox environments
