On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a VIP Butler to join the resort's Butler Services team.- The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized VIP guest service at all times
- Ensure VIP areas, villas, and amenities are perfectly prepared and maintained
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and discretion
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for tailored service
- Serve in-room dining and amenities with precision and elegance
- Uphold grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests
- Monitor supplies, cleanliness, and operational readiness of service areas
- Support health, safety, and company standards at all times
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of hospitality or related guest service experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort, including at least 3 years in VIP Services.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Demonstrated excellence in VIP‑level guest service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak at least two languages.
- Discreet, trustworthy, reliable, and confident.
- Charming, charismatic, friendly, and polished in demeanor.
- Strong team player who thrives in high‑pressure environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
