Role Description
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Travel Agent who is a Arabic speaker to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have extensive working experience and knowledge of typing UAE visa applications.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently type and process UAE visa applications.
- Provide accurate information about UAE visa requirements and procedures.
- Manage inquiries related to UAE visa services, flight bookings, and holiday packages.
- Actively convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Prior experience and proficiency in typing and processing UAE visa applications.
- Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of UAE visa services.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Salary range is AED 3,000 to 3,500.
