About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our Dubai team. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and social media management skills to handle client relationships and oversee the execution of marketing activities.You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering creative solutions with the support of our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure their requirements are understood and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, video, etc.) to execute client projects efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and oversee clients social media strategies and calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Supervise the creation of social media content (posts, reels, stories, captions) and ensure alignment with brand tone and strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Stay updated with market trends and digital best practices to advise clients proactively.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of accounts.
Requirements:
- Based in Dubai with excellent knowledge of the local market.
- 24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
