Role Overview:

Ardroid, a growing operations and technology company and a sister company of Cartlow, specializes in repair and refurbishment services, warranty management, returns processing, and authorized repair solutions. We also develop and provide advanced testing software and technology platforms (SaaS and PaaS) to support partners across the region.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Ardroids repair, refurbishment, warranty, and returns center operations, while also promoting our phone testing software and technology services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a technical understanding of the electronics/repair industry, and a proven track record of building client relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across B2B and B2C clients.
  • Sell Ardroids services including repair, refurbishment, warranty, returns management, and authorized repair solutions.
  • Drive sales for Ardroids testing software, SaaS, and PaaS offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, customer service) to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven business development or sales experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, repair/refurbishment, or technology services.
  • Technical sales experience with SaaS or software platforms is a strong plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English
