Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing financial services business. Initially offered as a 6-month contract, this role has the strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing financial operations, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring robust financial controls to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and provide financial guidance.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support ad-hoc projects including process improvements and systems implementation.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters degree desirable).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
