Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence in dynamic environments like amusement parks or facilities management Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Compliance Associate to join our Internal Compliance team.

What Youll Do:

• Monitor rides and facilities maintenance to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to track certifications, permits, and inspection reports.
• Support the development of compliance dashboards and risk metrics.
• Review and escalate incident reports (injuries, near misses, property damage).
• Track and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure training and certification records are current and complete.
• Conduct random safety checks on ride operations.
• Assist in investigations and support compliance awareness campaigns.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Certifications in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP preferred).
• 35 years of experience in compliance, safety, or risk management, ideally in amusement parks or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PowerBI, Maximo, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
