We are seeking a Filipina Admin Assistant to join our energetic team at Nar Jet Ski Water Sports! If you're organized, outgoing, and skilled in both sales and office tasks, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Handle administrative tasks including documentation and daily reporting
- Greet and assist customers with bookings and inquiries
- Promote and upsell our water sports packages
- Maintain inventory and office supplies
- Support management with daily operations
Requirements:
- Filipina, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic admin procedures
- Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
