Senior PR Account Manager

Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while guiding our strategic recommendations and delivering impactful campaigns
- Overviewing and designing communication strategies and plans for overall PR.
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality and always delivered on time on budget
- Engage with clients to build trust and credibility in NNC&aposs PR expertise, using your deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging strategies to drive impactful conversations and develop strategic recommendations
- Initiate and pitch activities, initiatives, events, and announcements. Identify and respond to opportunities to showcase for and to clients
- Manage the quality of the written and published PR materials, including press releases, media pitches, speeches, and talking points
- Analyze and report on campaign results, including media coverage, social media engagement, and website traffic
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutions
- Input for 360 comms and have an input for organizational works and flagships
- Lead peers and supervise by providing guidance and support for PR and communications undertaken
- Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed
Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor&aposs degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of success in managing client accounts and leading campaigns
- 1-2 years of related Agency and Government clients experience
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape, including relationships with key journalists and media outlets
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans that align with clients&apos business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
- High levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills
- Need to have excellent project/program management, work planning, personal organization, and time management skills. With the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects whilst making use of internal and external resources
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign results
- Great PR & Communication industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
- Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals
