Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our project team at the site office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and authority requirements while supporting smooth site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all technical and engineering activities at site
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and authority regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical support to site engineers and construction teams
• Identify and resolve design and technical issues promptly
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design changes
• Ensure as-built drawings and technical documentation are completed accurately
• Support project planning, sequencing, and value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction projects
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with consultants, authorities, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (BIM experience is an advantage)
