Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks in Dubai. The candidate should have good communication skills, be presentable, and able to manage schedules, calls, and office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments

Handle calls, emails, and correspondence

Coordinate travel bookings and schedules

Maintain documents, records, and reports

Assist in office administration and daily operations

Follow up with clients and vendors

Handle confidential information professionally

Support management with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant/Admin Executive

Good communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Well-organized and multitasking ability

Presentable and professional personality

Immediate joiners preferred
