Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Present properties and provide comprehensive information about properties to prospective clients.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and create a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms between sellers and buyers, ensuring both parties achieve a beneficial agreement.
- Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Dubai. Provide insightful information to clients to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and other legal documents related to the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market for at least 3 years.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated with a passion for real estate.
- Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients.
