Job Description
Job Description- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in maintaining candidate and employee records.
- Support the Talent Development team in organizing training and development programs.
- Help with HR documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in HR projects and gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
