Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and manage all human resources functions at BID LLC. This role exists to build, support, and scale high-performing teams across our creative, technical, and production departments.
Success in this role means hiring the right talent quickly, improving employee retention, and implementing efficient HR systems that support a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the UAE/GCC region.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with UAE Labour Law.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR systems updates.
- Manage visa processes, medical insurance, leave administration, payroll coordination, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and creative roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business requirements.
- Facilitate structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
- Monitor probation evaluations and follow up with line managers.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Support internal mobility, promotions, and employee development plans.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee wellbeing programs and internal activities.
- Assist in implementing recognition and reward programs.
- Track and report key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Maintain HR dashboards and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a similar HR Specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR systems and performance management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
