launching ventures, closing deals and operating businesses across markets like Dubai,Shanghai and Madrid. We believe the best business education happens in the field, not just

As we scale our Masters program and expand our academic offerings, we are looking for a
sharp, well-networked careers leader to own the outcome that matters most - getting our
students into the best internships and jobs across global markets.
Role Overview
The Head of Global Careers owns what is arguably the most important promise we make to
our students - that Tetr education opens doors to opportunities they could not have accessed
on their own. You will build the placements engine from the ground up, forge relationships
with employers across geographies, and personally crack international internships and
full-time roles for our students.
We are looking for someone who brings depth of experience, strong professional networks,and the judgment to build a careers function that students and employers both trust.
Someone who understands what it takes to place students into meaningful roles abroad and
is willing to do the work to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities- Employer Partnerships: Build and own relationships with companies across global
markets - from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s. Open the doors that get our
students in the room.- International Placements: Crack internships and full-time roles for our students
- Placement Strategy: Design the end-to-end careers journey, from early-stage
student readiness and skill-building to interview prep, employer connects, and final
offers.- Student Coaching: Mentor students on positioning, networking, and selling
- Outcomes & Accountability: Own placement metrics end to end - quality of roles,
salary benchmarks, and geographic spread.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, enterprise partnerships, or
- Strong track record of building senior-level relationships and converting them into
long-term partnerships. You know how to get meetings that matter and follow through
on them.- Strong existing network across global business hubs. Bonus if you have lived and
- Strong communicator who can represent Tetr and our students credibly to senior
- Experienced people leader who can build and scale a team that operates across time
- Deeply student-obsessed - you care about outcomes and you hold yourself
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership - you thrive when there is no
- Prior experience in ed-tech, executive search, enterprise sales, or global business
development is a strong plus.
