Role Overview:

As a Project Manager (Coordinator), you will oversee joinery, fit-out, and renovation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Youll serve as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, and production teams, helping transform visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
• Collaborate with designers and consultant companies throughout project phases
• Draft, review, and manage project agreements and contracts
• Manage subcontractors and maintain a reliable network of contacts
• Ensure on-time project delivery within set deadlines
• Utilize relevant project management and design software

Requirements:

• Proven experience in joinery, fit-out, and renovation project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in project management/design software
• Own car is mandatory (company does not provide a vehicle)
