About ISA

ISA Bullion (UAE) and ISA Gold (South Africa) are two precious-metals businesses operated from our Dubai office. ISA Bullion serves UAE, GCC and international clients; ISA Gold serves the South African market. Across both, we serve customers who buy precious metals as a store of wealth, but not only as a buy-and-hold — many also want to trade, from first-time investors taking their first position to serious clients moving size.

We are a tight, founder-led team, building a high-trust, high-relationship sales function to serve them.

Role Overview

This role is for a commercially driven sales professional who can close confidently, explain investment products clearly, and retain clients well beyond the first transaction. You will own the relationship end-to-end, acting as the trusted point of contact.

You will handle inbound leads generated by marketing, repeat-client business, and proactive outreach that turns one-time buyers into long-term clients.

Most of our clients are sophisticated. Some are first-time investors who need patient education. All of them are entrusting us with significant capital. Your job is to make every interaction feel calm, knowledgeable, and unhurried — and to close, every time you can.

This is not a cold-calling role. Every conversation starts with a warm, high-intent enquiry. The work is advisory, high-quality, and trust-based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound investor enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Qualify prospects and confidently close clients
  • Clearly explain ISA's gold trading model, pricing and storage
  • Onboard clients and manage the relationship post-conversion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up strategies
  • Collaborate with trading, operations, and marketing teams
  • Contribute commercially valuable input to messaging, funnels, and sales processes

Mandatory Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written), used daily with clients
  • English at a near-native, professionally-neutral standard — clients should hear clear, polished, business-grade English regardless of their own background
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 3+ years experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven ability to close and manage high-value client relationships
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication style
  • High level of organisation and commercial awareness
  • Based in Dubai and available for a full-time, on-site role
Technical & Commercial Skills
  • CRM systems and client pipelines
  • WhatsApp Business and professional client communication
  • Canva (basic sales/marketing visuals)
  • SEO fundamentals and content optimisation
  • Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly salary: AED 6,500 – 7,500 (dependent on experience)
