What This Role Is About
Our client, a regional industry leader, is looking for a B2B Sales Manager (Coffee), based in Dubai, to drive sales growth and expand its presence across key accounts.
This role will focus on developing B2B relationships, managing key clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the specialty coffee segment.
You will work closely with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other partners to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
You will also play a key role in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across the region.
The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit- 5–7 years of experience in specialty coffee sales or related roles.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management.
- Holds a strong network within HoReCa channel.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on growth and client acquisition.
