We are looking for a professional and organized Office Secretary to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask
