About the Role

The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and directly contribute as an architect and developer where required.

• Define and execute RAK DAOs technology strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee architectural design across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Identify emerging technologies (Web3, blockchain, AI, etc.) relevant to RAK DAOs objectives and recommend adoption plans.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure delivery against them
• Contribute directly to solution design and development, particularly in Salesforce, SAP integrations, AI, and Web3 applications.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of high-priority initiatives, including code development, peer reviews, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure timely delivery of projects. Implement automation and process optimization across internal teams to reduce manual effort and improve speed to market.
• Measure and report on operational KPIs, recommending technology-led improvements.
• Ensure robust documentation, change management, and release processes.
• Lead the integration of AI-driven features into existing platforms such as Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Champion rapid experimentation while maintaining alignment with business strategy.
• Transition successful prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Oversee and guide Salesforce platform development, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance.
• Coordinate SAP integration projects, defining requirements and ensuring successful data flows.
• Ensure all enterprise systems meet uptime, data integrity, and compliance standards
• Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary technical team.
• Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth of team members.
• Oversee all internal and external technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with RAK DAOs standards.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferably Masters Degree)
• 8+ years in technology leadership, architecture, or senior development roles.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Salesforce, SAP, and web platforms.
• Hands-on development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java Apex, Visualforce Pages, AURA, LWC, SLDS, HTML, CSS, JS Libraries, C#, .Net or Similar).
• Strong hands-on development skills with ability to contribute to codebase.
• Experience with AI/Web3/blockchain technologies, or digital assets
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage vendors.
• Experience delivering technology projects in regulated environments (banking, fintech, or government) is a plus.
