Job Description

Position Overview:

As the Senior HR Director, you will be a key strategic partner in driving Amsha Advisorys people strategy and ensuring the alignment of human resources initiatives with the overall goals of the organization. You will lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

This leadership role requires a visionary HR leader with a proven track record in implementing HR strategies that drive business success, foster an inclusive and high-performance culture, and deliver exceptional value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the HR function with a focus on aligning HR strategy with organizational goals to drive business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the talent acquisition strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Lead succession planning, career development, and mentoring programs to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and well-being. Address employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure retention of talent while aligning with industry standards and company values.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance management systems that support individual and organizational growth. Provide guidance on performance reviews, feedback processes, and professional development.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Stay current on HR best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging trends.
  • Leadership Development: Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs that prepare managers for senior roles. Encourage continuous learning and growth at all levels.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and guide decision-making. Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR-related matters, including turnover, engagement, and retention metrics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in human resources leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director role.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive company culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
