The Off-Plan Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for off-plan projects, managing a high-performing team of property consultants, and maintaining strong relationships with developers and clients. This leadership role requires a proven track record in off-plan sales, team management, and strategic business grow

  • ies:Lead, mentor, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targ

Requirem
  • ents:Minimum 8–10 years of real estate experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai off-plan s
